Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement with DeleteGoogleReviews.com. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
What we do
We identify reviews and listings that appear to breach the published content policy of the platform they sit on, and we pursue removal through that platform's own reporting and escalation channels. Where content does not breach policy, we say so.
What we do not do
We do not remove reviews that are genuine and policy compliant, however unwelcome they are. We do not write, buy, or arrange fake reviews. We do not access accounts that are not ours. We do not impersonate anyone. We do not guarantee that any specific review will be removed, because the decision rests with the platform and not with us.
No guarantee of outcome
Platform moderation decisions are made by the platform. We assess eligibility honestly and we work the case properly, but no agency can promise a specific result. Any statement we make about typical timelines or historical outcomes is a description of past work, not a promise about yours.
Fees
Our model is performance based: you pay for reviews that are successfully removed. The specific scope, rate, and payment terms for your engagement are set out in the written agreement we provide before work begins. That agreement governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business concerned, and that the information you give us is accurate. Inaccurate information can cause a case to fail, and we cannot be responsible for that outcome.
Intellectual property
The content on this site belongs to DeleteGoogleReviews.com. You may read and share it. You may not republish it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Defamation, unfair competition, and related claims are matters for a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction. If a situation calls for legal action rather than platform enforcement, we will tell you that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
