Five Steps from Consultation to Removal

Every engagement follows this proven process. No surprises, no ambiguity, and complete transparency at every stage.

1

Free Consultation

The process begins when you submit the reviews you want evaluated. You can send us direct links to the reviews, screenshots, or simply the name and platform of your business listing. There is no cost for this initial evaluation, and there is no obligation to proceed.

During the consultation, we review each submission against the specific platform's content policies. We assess the type of violation, the strength of the evidence, and the likelihood of successful removal. We are direct about what we can and cannot do. If a review does not have removable grounds, we will say so clearly rather than taking on a case we know will not succeed.

This honesty is a core part of how we have maintained a 94% success rate since 2018. We are selective about the cases we accept, which means every case we take on has genuine removal potential. You will receive a written assessment within one business day of your submission.

2

Review Analysis

Once you decide to move forward, our team conducts a deep analysis of each review targeted for removal. This goes well beyond a surface reading. We examine the reviewer's account history, posting patterns, language indicators, and profile characteristics to identify specific, documentable policy violations.

For cases involving suspected fake reviews, we analyze account creation dates, review frequency patterns, geographic indicators, and cross-platform activity. For reviews that contain false factual claims, we work with you to gather documentation that demonstrates the claims are demonstrably untrue. For coordinated review attacks, we map the timing and pattern of reviews to establish evidence of organized manipulation.

This analysis phase is critical because the strength of the removal case depends entirely on the quality and specificity of the evidence. A vague claim that a review is "fake" will be dismissed by platform review teams. A documented case showing specific policy violations with supporting evidence produces results. This thorough analysis is the primary reason our success rate exceeds what businesses achieve on their own.

3

Removal Strategy

With the analysis complete, we build a formal removal case for each review. This case file includes the specific policy violations identified, all supporting evidence and documentation, a clear narrative connecting the evidence to the platform's published content policies, and any additional context that strengthens the case.

The removal strategy varies by platform. Google, Glassdoor, Yelp, Avvo, Reddit, and Airbnb each have different content policies, different enforcement mechanisms, and different response patterns. Our experience across all of these platforms since 2018 means we know which approaches work for each one. A strategy that succeeds on Google may not be the right approach for Glassdoor, and vice versa.

We also consider escalation paths during the strategy phase. If the initial submission is not successful, we identify secondary approaches and additional evidence that could be gathered for a follow-up submission. This layered approach is part of why our overall success rate remains at 94% even for cases that require multiple rounds of engagement with the platform.

4

Submission and Follow-up

We submit the completed case file through the appropriate channels for the specific platform. This is not the same as the standard "flag this review" mechanism available to any business owner. Those standard flagging systems are processed primarily through automated review, which has a poor success rate for nuanced policy violations. Our submissions go through channels that receive thorough evaluation.

After submission, we actively track the status of each case. Platform response times vary, and some cases require follow-up communication, additional evidence submission, or escalation to a different review tier. We handle all of this communication on your behalf. You do not need to engage with the platform directly at any point.

Throughout this phase, we provide regular status updates so you know exactly where your case stands. If there are delays or if additional information is needed, we communicate that promptly. Our goal is complete transparency so that you are never left wondering about the status of your removal request. Most cases are resolved within 1 to 7 business days of initial submission.

5

Review Removed, You Pay

When the platform confirms that a review has been removed, we verify the removal independently and notify you with confirmation. At that point, and only at that point, our fee for that review becomes due. This is the pay-only-for-results model that has been the foundation of our business since we started in 2018.

If a review is not removed despite our best efforts, you owe nothing for that review. We do not charge for consultations, analysis, case preparation, or failed removal attempts. The only trigger for payment is a confirmed, verified removal. This model aligns our incentives completely with your outcome.

After removal, we recommend monitoring your review profiles regularly. While removed reviews almost never reappear, new fake reviews can appear at any time, particularly if competitors or bad actors are aware that you have successfully removed reviews before. Many of our clients return to us on an as-needed basis when new problematic reviews appear, and returning clients receive the same process and the same pay-only-for-results guarantee.

Timeline Expectations

Removal timelines depend on the platform, the type of violation, and the complexity of the evidence.

Standard Cases

3 to 14 Days

Clear policy violations with strong evidence. Includes fake reviews from obvious non-customers, reviews with explicit policy violations such as spam or hate speech, and straightforward content policy breaches. Most of our cases fall into this category.

Complex Cases

Up to 30 Days

Cases requiring additional documentation, escalation to senior review teams, or multiple rounds of evidence submission. Includes coordinated review bombing campaigns, reviews with subtle policy violations, and cases requiring third-party documentation.

Review Age Does Not Affect Removability

Our process works on reviews of any age. We have removed reviews that were over 10 years old. Platforms evaluate removal requests based on current policy violations, not publication date. If a review violates the rules today, it is removable today, regardless of when it was first posted. Many of our clients come to us after years of assuming old reviews were permanent.

Process FAQ

Standard cases typically take 1 to 7 business days from submission to confirmed removal. More complex cases involving multiple violations or escalated reviews can take up to 10 business days. We provide status updates throughout the process so you are never left guessing.
If we are unable to remove a review, you owe nothing for that review. Our pay-only-for-results model means we only charge for reviews that are successfully and permanently removed. There are no fees for consultation, analysis, or failed attempts.
For the initial consultation, you only need to share the review links or your business name and platform. If additional documentation would strengthen the case, such as proof that a reviewer was never a customer or employee, we will request specific materials during the analysis phase. We guide you through exactly what is needed.
Reviews removed for policy violations are permanently removed in the vast majority of cases. In the rare event that a platform reinstates a removed review, we will re-submit the case at no additional charge. This has happened in fewer than 2% of our successful removals over the years.
When business owners flag reviews themselves, the flag goes through an automated evaluation system with a low success rate for nuanced violations. Our process involves building a complete documented case with evidence of specific policy violations, submitted through channels that receive thorough human review. This produces significantly higher success rates than self-flagging. We have been refining this process since 2018.
